In 1975, I founded the Original Cast with 3 others—Laura Jansen, Margie Womer, and Ron Mayers.

At the Standing Ovation Gala Lunch on December 5, 2026,

over 5 decades from the people who were there.

with friends, share your stories, and join us

When we founded the Cast, we were not thinking about a 50th Reunion. We
were simply thinking of recruiting people to join and finding the money to fund the
next show. We were just trying to make it to the next semester!

Now, the Cast has lasted 50 years and changed more than 800 lives. We
had a Reunion of the Founding of the Original Cast at Vanderbilt on November 7,
2025. Throughout that afternoon, I heard over and over from current and alumni Cast members how the Cast had changed their lives. I saw the glow in their eyes when they spoke about their experiences. My eyes were also glowing, but filled with tears. The
experience was so much more than anything the founders and early casts had ever
imagined.

The Reunion filled my heart with warmth as I remembered all the love I felt
in Cast 50 years ago. It brought that love back to me with a rush. Our upcoming
Reunion will do the same for you.

I urge you to join us for the Reunion on Dec. 4-5, 2026, in Nashville.  We are working to put together 90 attendees or more.  Please bring your spouse/partner/friends to join us so they can see the glowing eyes and loving hearts of the Cast, share this incredible story, and get to meet the people you have been talking about all of these years!
